I guess that on some level I've always known it but, I just realized that my Anger is the first place I need to work on to kick off my Good Health focus.
I mean sometimes I spout off for no reason or swear just because I can. Other times I can't stand being near people because they irritate me and other times certain people just piss me off.
So I have to learn not to be so angry so much. Or better yet get myself back to the old happy go lucky Me!
