Stress is one of the main Spirit killers. And I've turned to meditation to help shed and ease the stress levels. Now, granted I'm blessed in that I really don't have a lot of stress in my life but there are those days when sometimes things just get to you.
I found a guided meditation called THE LOVING KINDNESS MEDITATION, which takes you through a step by step cleanse and restore. The first time I tried it I didn't know what to expect. Now if I just give in to the voice and music and relax, I can really open up to the guidance given and really absorb the practice.
