I've recently learned that my anger release is the first step to a happy healthy me. As far as how I should go about my release is totally up to me, but I think I have some ideas
There are a lot of therapies that I already know and have practiced before; like mantra chants, candles, incense burning, music, coloring books & crayons and prayer/wish/meditation beads.
So, I'm gonna do what I know first to calm myself, see how I feel and go from there. So many paths to choose from I don't know which to try first. I'm kind of excited just from these thoughts coming from me out loud.
